With much dedication, Jay’s vision was realized. Jay’s expertise is well known as a problem solver, and the Houston commercial property management community knows him as the expert in Integrated Pest Management techniques throughout the Houston area.

Terri Porter has been the back office support that has helped to facilitate the success of Environmental Coalition Incorporated by interfacing with property managers, administrators, building engineers, and tenants throughout Houston for over 20 years. Terri’s expertise is customer service! Personal service is the key to any successful service business, and Terri has takes the phrase “always let the customer hear you smile” very seriously!
